The Russellville Police Department has charged a man on various sex related crimes following an investigation last Friday.
According to a news release, 33-year-old Ricky Holder Jr. has been charged with three counts of human trafficking, three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, three counts of use of a minor in a sex performance and one count unlawful transaction with a minor. The investigation stems from an investigation involving a 12-year-old female victim.
