Trigg County High School has hired a familiar face to head its high school football program.
Former Wildcats’ coach Curtis Higgins was announced as the school’s head coach on Wednesday. Higgins replaces Chris Ezell, who resigned following the 2025 season and has joined the staff of the new Christian County High School football team as an assistant coach.
Higgins coached the Wildcats from 1999-2006.
