A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments on Friday for vehicular homicide and wanton endangerment crimes.Â
Thirty-six-year-old Gerasimos Livieratos of Chicago, Illinois, was indicted on multiple charges after he was reportedly involved in a fatal two-vehicle collision in Hopkinsville on March 7. According to a report, Livieratos was traveling southbound on Fort Campbell Boulevard when he attempted to make a U-turn. As he was turning, Bernice Franklin of Clarksville was traveling north and collided with Liveieratos’ semi-truck. Franklin was pronounced deceased at the scene.
He was charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence of a substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a substance, possession of marijuana, reckless driving, improper turning and failure to signal.
Forty-one-year-old April Moore of Hopkinsville was indicted on a few charges after she reportedly pointed a firearm at a woman on March 9. She was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of restricted ammunition during a felony.
Thirty-nine-year-old Kendrick Ussin of Clarksville was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment after he reportedly acted in a way that created a risk of death or serious injury to another person on March 10.
