A two-vehicle wreck at the intersection of East 9th Street and Bethel Street resulted in possible injuries on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Hopkinsville Police Department, a car operated by Katherine Delaney of Hopkinsville was traveling south on Bethel Street as a truck operated by Robert Cansler of Hopkinsville was traveling east on East 9th Street.
Both cars were approaching the intersection when Cansler reportedly did not see the traffic light turn red because of a glare from the sun. Cansler continued and collided with Delaney who had the right of way.
Delaney was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for possible injuries.
