A business on West Seventh Street was damaged by fire Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Hopkinsville Fire Department, firefighters responded to the structure in the 1500 block of West Seventh around 6:30 p.m. and arrived to find an active fire. Work immediately began to extinguish the blaze and quickly brought it under control.
There were no reports of injuries to either occupants or firefighters.
