Two people were seriously injured in a crash on 41-N near Crofton Wednesday night that resulted in multiple helicopters being called to the scene.
It happened around 7 p.m. in the 13000 block of Madisonville Road and involved a pick-up truck and a farm tractor. Investigation determined that the truck, driven by 32-year-old Jake Hopper of Crofton, collided with the back of the tractor what was operated by 37-year-old Seth Yoder of Crofton.
Yoder and his six-year-old daughter, who was a passenger in the tractor, had to be extricated from the tractor, with Seth Yoder flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville and the child flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, with both suffering critical injuries.
