The beef inspired recipes are back again just in time for thanksgiving fun, this time with beef stroganoff from Julia Stewart.
Stewart is a Crofton native and currently an Assistant Principal at South Christian Elementary with too much love to give to her family. She says her children were the inspiration for her recipe, explaining when life was just too busy she knew supper could be easy.
Stewart says if you decide to make her beef stroganoff you should be very mindful about burning the dish. She says, just remember to “stir, stir, stir”, at least that’s her motto.
