If you’re ready for summer temperatures, then the end of this week and heading into next week are just for you, because the weather is looking dry, hot and sunny.
Warning Coordination Meteorologist Christine Wielgos with the National Weather Service in Paducah says they’re looking forward to a quiet week, and it’s going to start downright lovely, with blue skies and low humidity.
That won’t last for long though, as the humidity and temperatures start to ramp up by mid-week, bringing in our first real shot of summer.
Wielgos says if you like the heat, then you’re in luck, because its looking like the temperatures are set to be warmer than average heading into next week.
There may be a small chance of rain Friday, but otherwise it’s look like a period of extended dry weather is in store for the region.
