The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has launched the inaugural Next Generation Leadership Council, and a local name has made it onto the list.
Landan Stallons of Hopkinsville, with Planters Bank, and new Christian County Chamber of Commerce Board Chair, has been selected to serve alongside other rising leaders in the state to help shape the future of Kentucky’s business community. According to a news release, this group represents a broad mix of industries and regions, and will work to advance key issues impacting Kentucky’s economy and long-term growth.
Kentucky Chamber President and CEO Ashli Watts says, “Kentucky’s business community is strongest when leaders from different industries and backgrounds come together to share ideas and solve problems. The members of this council are already making an impact across the Commonwealth, and we look forward to engaging them in conversations about the opportunities and challenges that define Kentucky’s future.”
