A second bicyclist that struck by a vehicle on Pembroke Road on Monday has died.Â
On Monday afternoon, a vehicle struck four bicyclists in the 1000 block of Pembroke Road, resulting in two of the victims being transported to area hospitals and the arrest of the driver, 30-year-old Isaiah Edwards of Radcliff.
One of the victims, 31-year-old Marlene Martin, died of her injuries earlier last week, and the death of 34-year-old Rachel Hoover was announced on Saturday by Schlabach’s Bakery, LLC. on Facebook where she worked as a manager.Â
Edwards is currently charged with third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
