The Christian County Public School System announced that Indian Hills Elementary School Principal Sara Johnson will be the next director of Elementary Instruction.
According to a news release, Johnson has worked in CCPS for over 19 years and has served in multiple roles during her tenure. Superintendent Chris Bentzel says Johnson is a proven leader, and they are excited to have her step into the role of Director of Elementary Instruction where she will make a positive impact across all of the elementary schools.
Johnson says she is grateful for the opportunity to continue serving students, staff and families across the district in a new capacity, and plans to take her Indian Hills pride with her. She will start her new position on July 1.
