Princeton Police arrest minor for threatening students with knife

Officers from the Princeton Police Department arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile after he reportedly brandished a knife on a school bus on Wednesday.

According to a report from police, the department received a complaint about a male juvenile who brandished a knife while on a school bus. With the knife, the juvenile reportedly threatened to stab other students and two students suffered minor cuts from the knife.

The juvenile was charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault, two counts of second-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree terroristic threatening and unlawful possession of a weapon on school property. The juvenile has been lodged in the McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
