Hopkinsville Police arrested 32-year-old Kevrol Hamilton after he reportedly assaulted a victim while she was driving, resulting in a wreck on Monday.
According to a report, the victim was reportedly driving on Short 19th Street as Hamilton was assaulting her. He reportedly hit and pulled the victim’s hair which led to her hitting a pole with their car.
Hamilton was later arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
