One person was injured in a shooting on Short 19th Street early Tuesday morning in Hopkinsville.
The victim, who has been identified as Jamarius Leavell, was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment of a gunshot wound, according to Hopkinsville Fire and EMS Lt. Payton Rogers. Officials say he is believed to be in critical, but stable, condition.
The Hopkinsville Police Department continues the investigation.Â
