A Hopkinsville woman went to the hospital for treatment following a two-vehicle crash on the Eagle Way Bypass Friday.
That’s according to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, which reports that a vehicle operated by 74-year-old Barbara Bradley of Hopkinsville was stopping on the Bypass in order to make a left turn onto Davenport Lane when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Kyle McNeese of Hopkinsville.
McNeese reportedly told officers he had looked away from the road for a moment and when he looked back up, he was quickly approaching Bradley’s vehicle and was unable to avoid a collision.
McNeese was not injured, but Bradley was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for complaints of head pain.
