Oak Grove Tourism is in celebration mode, after receiving a Gold Traverse Award from the Kentucky Travel Industry Association.
The award was presented during the annual conference this past weekend, and it recognizes excellence in Kentucky’s tourism marketing and communication efforts, highlighting the most creative and effective campaigns promoting travel across the Commonwealth. The Gold Traverse Award represents the highest level of achievement in each category.
Oak Grove Tourism was given a Gold Award for its TV Commercial, which showcased the many award-winning events, attractions, and the welcoming spirit of Oak Grove, boosting awareness of all Oak Grove and Christian County has to offer to visitors.
The Traverse Awards are judged by an independent panel of marketing and tourism professionals from outside Kentucky.
Oak Grove Tourism Executive Director Traci Cunningham says, “We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition from KTIA.
