An Oak Grove teenager is in custody in Lyon County and has bee3n charged with murder in Nashville, Tennessee.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Brent White arrested a 16-year-male from Oak Grove in Eddyville on Wednesday last week, where he was charged with being a fugitive from justice on warrant out of Davidson County, Tennessee.
In Nashville, he’s facing a charge of first-degree murder, four counts of attempted first-degree murder and accessory after the fact.
He was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Juvenile Detention Facility, awaiting extradition back to Nashville.
