The Oak Grove Police Department continues to investigate the shooting death of a man near Exit 89 from Saturday morning.
According to a news release, the male victim was shot in the parking lot of the Pilot at the Interstate 24 Exit 89, and was later pronounced deceased in the early morning hours Saturday. The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Dmytro Sebeniuk of Des Plaines, Illinois by Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel.Â
Police are still working to identify any suspect or suspects involved in the shooting—this was an isolated incident is an active investigation.
