Ned Breathitt Dinner to feature Tommy Wade as the keynote speaker

The Pennyrile Democratic Women’s Club is gearing up for the Ned Breathitt Dinner and Silent Auction this coming Saturday, and the community is invited. 

According to a news release, it will take place on October 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Pioneers Inc. Complex located at 204 North Main Street in Hopkinsville. This year, the keynote speaker will be Tommy Wade, and he’ll talk about leadership, community engagement and civic responsibility. 

Guests will also be able to enjoy dinner and a silent auction, with all proceeds to support the club’s local outreach and advocacy efforts.

They’ll also hand out the Ned Breathitt Community Human Rights Award, which honors an individual who they feel exemplifies Governor Breathitt’s legacy of justice, equality and public service.
