A 14-year-old is safely back home after being reported missing in Marshall County Wednesday, with numerous agencies conducted a search Wednesday evening.
That’s according to the Marshall County Rescue Squad, who responded to help the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office locate a 14-year-old who was reported missing from her home around 3:30 p.m. and upon arrival, began to immediately coordinate both ground and air search methods. They were able to request mutual aid from Four Rivers K9 Search, Rescue and Recovery Team.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., the teen knocked on the door of nearby residents and was able to use their phone to call for help. Officers were able to return her safely to her home.
