McLean County got a little revenge on the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers as the Lady Cougars earned a 3-1 high school volleyball win Monday night at Calhoun.
McLean earned a 25-23, 25-20, 22-25, 25-16 win over Hoptown, which had beaten the Lady Cougars 3-1 earlier this month in Tiger Gym.
Madysen Taggart had a monster game at the net for Hoptown with 16 kills and a block. She also added eight digs and an ace.
Lainey Stewart provided 20 assists and two kills and Saralynn Major also had a pair of kills. Kyleigh Weber had nine digs.
Samyriah Walker also had a pair of kills for Hoptown, which fell to 4-17 on the season.
The Lady Tigers are scheduled to play at Heritage Christian Academy tonight in a District 8 match.
