A woman is facing several sex related crimes against a six-year-old child in Madisonville.
According to the Madisonville Police Department, investigation into reports of the sexual assault of a six-year-old between the dates of April and July of this year revealed that a six-year-old girl had been raped and sexually molested by a male in the home, and her mother, Sierra Hart-Ausborn of Madisonville, allegedly knew it was happening and did not stop it.Â
The victim reportedly told law enforcement that Hart-Ausborn would watch the assaults occur and force the child to take a shower with the attacker, where she would be further assaulted.
Hart-Ausborn was arrested and charged with complicity to first-degree rape against a victim under 12 years of age and complicity to first-degree sodomy against a victim under 12 years of age.
