The City of Madisonville is welcoming even more retailers to the new development set to open on Whittington Drive.
The announcement was made at an open house Thursday evening, with the coming of Five Below and Rack Room Shoes. The join the roster of Aldi, Hobby Lobby, Aspen Dental and Starbucks, who have already announced they’ll be locating to the 155,000 square foot facility.
Mayor Kevin Cotton says there will be even more announcements in the future, and this is all made possible through hard work and community partnerships.Â
Mike Wiles with Brewer Development detailed the growth of the development, saying there’s plenty of room for more shops and businesses, and possibly a hotel.
