The Hopkinsville Lions Club is hosting their annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday to raise funds to continue supporting their causes in the community.
Randy Morris from the Lions Club appeared on WHOP to share details for the breakfast and what the money they raise will go toward. Morris says the funds they raise will go toward their five global causes one of them being their Sight First Program which focuses on ensuring children have access to vision tests.
Along with vision the Lions Club focuses on issues surrounding hunger, diabetes, the environment and childhood cancer. Morris says the funds they raise will support those in need in the community.
For this year’s pancake breakfast Morris says it’s all you can eat and they will also be doing deliveries.
The Pancake Breakfast will be at Southside Church of Christ in Hopkinsville on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and costs $7 per person. Morris says tickets can be bought from any Lions Club member or from his wife, Beth Morris by calling 270-985-0489.
