A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for sexual abuse and drug trafficking crimes on Friday.
Forty-year-old Joshua Little of Hopkinsville was indicted on charges after he reportedly sexually assaulted a female minor under 12 years of age between January 2018 and December 2020. Little is charged with first-degree sodomy, first-degree attempted rape and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Fifty-one-year-old Kacey Castile of Hopkinsville was indicted on drug charges after he was reportedly found to be in possession of 14 grams of methamphetamine, two grams of marijuana, U.S. currency, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia on December 5, 2024. Castile is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Thirty-three-year-old John Bilyeu was indicted on drug charges after he was reportedly found to be in possession of four grams of suspected methamphetamine, 30 suspected fentanyl pills and drug paraphernalia on January 16. Bilyeu is charged with two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
