A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for robbery and burglary crimes on Friday.
Twenty-seven-year-old Brandon Cummings of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree burglary and second-degree unlawful imprisonment after he reportedly forced entry into a residence and assaulted the occupant on March 27.
According to a report, Cummings forced his way into a home and started arguing with the occupant concerning personal property. Cummings then reportedly slapped the victim and prevented them from leaving the residence.
Thirty-one-year-old Elijah Boodoosingh of Hopkinsville and 39-year-old James Stull of Bellevue were both indicted for second-degree escape, carjacking and first-degree robbery. In early April, the pair escaped from custody by leaving their work release in Hopkinsville. While investigating, law enforcement found that the pair were reportedly connected to a carjacking and assault incident in Crofton.
The pair reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit that went through Muhlenberg, Ohio and Grayson counties before they were brought back into custody. Additional charges are also be pursued by Kentucky State Police.
Twenty-four-year-old Demetrius Williams Jr. of Hopkinsville was indicted for second-degree assault after he reportedly assaulted a victim resulting in physical injuries on January 22.
