A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for assault, wanton endangerment and fleeing crimes on Friday.
Twenty-one-year-old Bradley Robinson of Clarksville was indicted for multiple charges after he reportedly intentionally drove his truck into another vehicle and caused serious injuries to the occupant on September 18. Robinson was indicted for first-degree assault, reckless driving and failure to maintain required insurance.
Thirty-six-year-old Jessica Reeve of Oak Grove was charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment after law enforcement found that three children in her home were reportedly living in filthy conditions on September 18.
Thirty-nine-year-old Joseph Banks and 32-year-old Amanda Banks, both of Hopkinsville, were indicted for a slew of charges after the couple were found to be reportedly abusing four children between January 2020 and July 2025. Some of the abuse reportedly involved the use of dangerous instruments to strike the children and the use of shock collars.
Joseph Banks was indicted for 17 counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 years old or younger, four counts of second-degree assault and four counts of distributing obscene material to minors. Amanda Banks was indicted for 18 counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 years old or younger, four counts of second-degree assault, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault and four counts of distributing obscene material to minors.
Thirty-year-old Marcus Dillard of Hopkinsville was indicted for child sex abuse charges after he reportedly sexually assaulted a 7-year-old child and took a video of the act in September. Dillard was indicted for first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12, third-degree sexual abuse and the use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jeremy Graves of Oak Grove was indicted for first-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving and speeding, after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit on September 4.
