A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for assault crimes on Friday.
Thirty-six-year-old Bradley Brown of Hopkinsville was indicted for first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 years old or under and first-degree strangulation after the Christian County Sheriff’s Office executed a warrant for his arrest on July 2.
Brown’s arrest came after the Department of Community Based Services was notified of the reported abuse that was taking place in the residence.
Twenty-one-year-old Shawnna Worthy of Hopkinsville was indicted for second-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct after she reportedly broke a car window and injured the occupant on June 25.
