The Hopkinsville High School girls’ cross country team finished third overall in the Hopkins County Storm Invitational on Saturday.
Lauren Mayes took 10th place for Hoptown with a time of 22:55.
Alexis Herrera Loveto, Rebecca Wood and Kayden Coats all finished in the top 25 to lead the Lady Tigers.
Herrera-Loveto was 15th in a time of 23:21.20, Wood was 19th in 23:54 and Coats was 25th in 24:09.
Evelyn Bangart ran 39th in a time of 25:35.80 and Luanna Acree was 57th in 30:08.70.
In the boys’ race, Tyson Cavinder took home seventh place, crossing the finish line in 18:09.10. Savior Davis (33, 19:52.70) and Fernando Ginez Rojas (118, 26:49.10) also ran for the Tigers.
