The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers rallied from a 4-1 deficit to earn a 4-4 tie with visiting Trigg County Monday night in a girls’ soccer match at the Stadium of Champions.
Kaydon Coats had a pair of goals and an assist to lead Hoptown.
Kaylynn Lynch and Azaa Enkhtugs also scored for the Lady Tigers. Kila Cherry and Lauren Jones each provided an assist.
Jaleigha McFarland had a strong night in the net for Hoptown with 22 saves.
Hopkinsville is now 8-8-1 on the season and is scheduled to play host to Lyon County tonight.
In the JV game, Griffin Daniel and McKinlie Lewis each scored two goals and Hoptown defeated Trigg County 6-2.
Yadira Idrogo had a goal and an assist and Kaylynn Schwartz earned the win in goal.
