Despite playing without seven starters due to injury, the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers took visiting McLean County to four sets before falling 23-25, 25-11, 19-25, 21-25 Thursday night.
Madysen Taggart had one of her best games of the year with nine kills, four blocks, four digs and two aces.
Alayna King added six aces and 12 assists.
Lainey Stewart had seven digs to go with three kills and one block and Kyleigh Weber had one kill, eight digs, and two aces.
Hopkinsville falls to 2-22 on the season and will play host to Union County on Monday.
