University Heights Academy’s volleyball team made the trip north to Henderson County Monday night and fought hard before falling 3-1 to the Lady Colonels.
UHA won the first set 25-21 before the Lady Colonels rebounded to claim a 25-23 win in the second.
Henderson then fought off the Lady Blazers 25-19 and 25-19 to claim the match.
Senior Olivia Oakley led the offense with 15 kills and the defense with 13 digs. She also had five aces.
Eighth-grader Kiley Lambert had four kills and Gretchen Durham added 12 digs and five aces.
Katherine Wood had eight digs.
UHA (3-7) returns to action Thursday at Fort Campbell in a District 8 match.
