A contractor with the Kentucky Municipal Energy Agency is set to temporarily block portions of KY 70 and KY 1302 in Hopkins County from Wednesday to Friday.
KY 70 from Pleasant View Road, also known as KY 1302, to the Paducah and Louisville Railroad Depot, and Pleasant View Road from KY 70 to A.C. Slaton Road will be closed to allow crews to transport oversized equipment. The closures will start at 9 a.m. each day and will reopen around 11 a.m.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office will be assisting with traffic control in the area during the closures.
