KSP continues to investigate Hopkins Co. cold case

As we approach the Easter holiday, Kentucky State Police reminds that they continue to investigate a cold case in Hopkins County from nearly 30 years ago.

March 30th marked 29 years since Charles Massey went missing in Hopkins County in the area of Madisonville, where he was last seen in 1997 delivering Easter baskets to folks in the community. Massey is described as a white male, standing between 5’ 11” and 6’ 01”, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. At the time he went missing, he was 29-years-old.
