An investigation is underway in Clarksville after a body was found in a field off of Dunlop Lane Tuesday morning.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, officers responded to the 400 block of Dunlop Lane where a body had been located on a concrete pad in a field, and it was apparent that the deceased individual had been there for some time.
Detectives with the Clarksville PD Special Operations Homicide Unit and the Crime Scene Unit were working to process the scene, and this is now an ongoing investigation.
