The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating after shots were fired at a woman’s car Friday.
According to the police report, a female victim went to the police department and reported that she had driven her vehicle to a residence to drop off food, which is when she and a male suspect had gotten into an argument. When she went to drive away, he allegedly fired shots from a gun, striking her vehicle twice.
No suspect is listed on the report, but the incident is being invested as first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief and discharging of a firearm.
