Hoptown wrestlers go 4-2 at Russellville Duals

The Hopkinsville High School wrestling team competed in the Russellville Panther Duals over the weekend and went 4-2.

The Tigers defeated Calloway County (41-30), Marion County (48-12), Whitesville Trinity (48-0), and Logan County (42-24). The losses came to North Hardin (53-22) and South Warren (50-24).

Nicholas Herrera led the way for the Tigers with five wins. Braden Brison was undefeated at 3-0. Garrison Meacham was 3-1 on the day.

Others competing for the Tigers included Adam Anderson (2-2), Christon Johnson (2-1), Eduardo Duran (1W), Andrew Kraft (2W), Kannen Deaton (1-2), and Elijah Ziegler (1-3).
