Hoptown Lady Tigers hold final awards banquet

Hopkinsville High School’s girls’ soccer team held its final team banquet in school history on Sunday night.

Kila Cherry took home the Most Valuable Player Award. Other winners included Kaydon Coats (Best Offense), Grace Cansler (Best Defense), Emma Dearmond (110 Percent Award), Lauren Mayes (Senior Academics), and Bailey Davidson (Terrence Jenkins Award).

Hoptown finished their final year with a 10-9-1 record.
