The City of Hopkinsville is celebrating after Public Works Director Mike Perry was named the City Engineer/Public Works Director of the Year.
He was awarded the honor during the Community Development Leader Awards, which are designed to celebrate the tireless efforts and unwavering dedication of local leaders — including city managers, public works directors, city engineers, and other municipal leaders — who ensure their communities remain safe, operational, and prosperous.
City officials say they are incredibly fortunate to have Perry on the team and are proud of this recognition for the community.
