A Hopkinsville man has been charged with sex crimes following investigation into a disturbance on Bella Court Wednesday.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department report, officers responded to the 100 block of Bella Court for reports that two people were fighting. Upon arrival, officers found 34-year-old Brandton Tenney of Hopkinsville standing outside of the home while a woman was yelling for him to leave.
The woman told officers Tenney had allegedly been engaged in sexual acts in the presence of a person under the age of 16 years old.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
