The Christian County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a Hopkinsville man on a stolen property following a search warrant Thursday afternoon.
According to a news release, the search warrant was obtained as part of a narcotics investigation that began earlier this year. A search of the premises reportedly revealed two motorcycles that fake or defaced vehicle identification numbers or registration plates and a motorcycle that was confirmed to be stolen out of Clarksville was found inside of a horse trailer.
Also found were numerous items of drug paraphernalia, ammunition for a firearm, including hollow points and a clear mirror with residue that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Thirty-seven-year-old Anthony Mixon of Hopkinsville was taken into custody and charged with felony receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, destruction of a VIN number and improper registration plate.
