The Hopkinsville Fire Department announced two promotions following the recent retirement of Captain Curtis Nightingale.
Nightingale retired on December 29 after serving 22 years with the department. To fill Nightingale’s shoes, Lieutenant Kyle Graves was promoted to the rank of captain and will serve on Battalion 1. Graves has been a part of the department since 2014.
Then Firefighter and Advanced EMT Brandon Isbell was promoted to the rank of lieutenant and he will now serve on Station 3’s first battalion. Isbell has been a part of the department since 2018.
