The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office is on the search for two suspects that were involved in a home invasion early Monday morning.
According to a report from the sheriff’s office, the incident took place on South Robinson Street in Earlington between 2 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. The victim reportedly told deputies that two men forced entry into their residence and brandished handguns.
The suspects reportedly threatened the victim and their children before taking items from the home and fleeing on foot. The sheriff’s office is asking for anyone who has footage that may reveal the identities of the suspects or a vehicle they used to submit it to them.
The home invasion is being investigated as first-degree burglary and third-degree terroristic threatening.
