The Christian County Lady Colonels opened up their 2024 season Monday night at home against a strong Henderson County squad.
The northern-most Lady Colonels scored the first seven points of the opening set and never looked back in taking a 3-0 victory.
That’s not to say that the southern-most Lady Colonels didn’t have some quality moments.
Skylar Kirby had seven kills and two aces and Kaidence Atwell added three kills and two aces for Christian County. Adreyona Smith added a block.
Shiloh Baker had 11 digs and Ashlea Russell contributed seven digs and nine assists. Peyton Owens had six digs.
Christian County returns to action tonight at Crittenden County.
