Hopkinsville Community College gearing up for their spring semester, and they’re inviting those interested in pursuing higher education to take part in their Registration Rallies.
Registration for the spring semester on the Hopkinsville campus actually began on October 1, with classes set to begin on January 12. College Advisor Janice Jones says it’s not too late to sign up for classes—in fact, the first Registration Rally is set for this Saturday, November 1, in the Administration Building at HCC from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
No appointment is necessary to take part, and Jones says this is your chance to get all the appropriate paperwork filled out, apply for the FAFSA, get your scheduled lined up and more, along with signing up for the chance to win prizes.
If you register by November 25 you’ll have the chance to when a $100 HCC Bookstore voucher and if you register by December 17, you’ll have the chance to win either $300 towards tuition or a bookstore voucher.
Jones says this is a one stop shop and if you can’t make it to the event on November 1, don’t worry, because they’ll have more, with the next one set for November 18.
Jones says the sooner you register the better, and you do not have to wait for the fall semester is over to do so. Remember, HCC closes for winter break between December 22 and January 5.
