Falcons soar past Heritage at Hickman County New Year’s Bash

Heritage Christian Academy dropped its sixth straight boys’ high school basketball game as the Warriors fell 68-29 to host Hickman County on Saturday in the Hickman County New Year’s Bash.

Hickman County opened the game on a 21-8 run and never looked back as the Falcons improved to 6-5 on the season.

Nathan Wheatcraft had eight points to pace HCA, which fell to 1-13.

The Warriors are scheduled to play at Crittenden County Tuesday night in the first round of the Boys’ Region 2 All “A” Tournament. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. in Marion.
