Easton Corbin will headline Hopkinsville’s Summer Salute

Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation has made the long-awaited announcement—country music artist Easton Corbin will be the headline act of the 2025 Summer Salute.

According to a news release, Corbin is known for his hit songs, “A Little More Country Than That” and “Roll With It” and he will take the main stage during the Summer Salute that is set for September 12 and September 13 this year—and he’ll perform on that Saturday.

Opening for Corbin will be The Frontmen, a group consisting of Larry Stewart of Restless Heart, Richie McDonald of Lonestar and Tim Rushlow of Little Texas.  They bring 90s county hits to the festival that will bring hundreds of individuals downtown.

If that’s not enough to scratch your live music itch, then you’ll be glad to know it all starts Friday evening with Saved By The Music at 6 p.m. Friday night and then at 8 p.m. it’ll be Shining Star, an Earth, Wind and Fire tribute band.

All concerts are free to the public, and this year’s Summer Salute boasts of over 70 food, beverage and merchant vendors, with gates opening at 11 a.m. both days.  There will also be Kid Zones, a zone featuring carnival attractions and a beer garden for the adults.
