Deputies arrest man on drug charges following traffic stop

Deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Tyler Dreher for drug trafficking after he was pulled over for speeding on Interstate 24 on Saturday.

According to a report, the sheriff’s office received a call regarding a reckless driver traveling west on I-24. Deputies reportedly located Dreher traveling 92 MPH in a 70 MPH zone and initiated a traffic stop where he was then found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Along with reportedly being under the influence, Dreher was allegedly in possession of cocaine, anabolic steroids and an open container of alcohol.

Dreher was charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of an open alcohol beverage in a motor vehicle and failure to produce vehicle insurance.
