Following two days of trial, Jimmy Crick has been found not-guilty by a jury on charges of rape and sexual abuse.
According to the original indictment against Crick that had charged him with two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse against a child under the age of 12 and one count of first-degree sodomy, Crick was accused of making sexual contact and intercourse against two victims under the age of 12 between the dates of October 2011 and August of 2018.
However, after hearing from witnesses and testimony all of Monday and then Tuesday morning in the Christian Circuit Courtroom of Judge John Atkins, a jury found Crick not guilty on all charges.
