The Clarksville Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an armed robbery that took place last week on North Riverside Drive.
According to a news release, the robbery happened at approximately 10:50 p.m. at the Marathon gas station located in the 600 block of North Riverside when an armed suspected entered the store and point a firearm at the clerk.
The male suspect demanded cash and stole several packages of cigarettes before fleeing the scene on foot towards the area of North Second Street.
The suspect is described as a white male, standing approximately 5’6 with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing dark clothing, a dark face mask, red gloves and a white hoodie.
